I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express. The fresh bread rolls, fruit pastries, and mini croissants were absolutely delicious. The room itself was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. The soft sheets, cozy comforter, and nice bed made for a great night's sleep.

We had a lovely Xmas experience at this hotel! the complementary hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch, as was the surprise visit from Santa Claus! the location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and the view of the lake from our room was stunning. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, which made it difficult to keep in touch with loved ones back home. while the breakfast had a decent selection of food, the eggs were always cold by the time we got there.
