The hotel is conveniently located right on the main street in the center of Medjugorje, making it very close to the church. Additionally, the rooms are clean and the bed linen is beautiful, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

The reception and F&B staff were unfriendly and their English was poor, which affected the overall service experience.

Plus, there's a bakery in the neighboring building, which was great when all the other shops were closed at night.
