The hotel was in a perfect spot, close to the highway, and had lovely surroundings. the rooms were clean and modern, and staff members were friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that they offered take-away hot drinks, perfect for a quick departure.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't up to the task of keeping it cool in temperatures of 30C, making the stay quite uncomfortable. the check-in experience wasn't great, as the staff member didn't seem to know what they were doing and appeared disinterested.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was excellent! The hotel is brand new and boasts modern amenities. I particularly loved the eco-friendly approach with no plastic cosmetics bottles in the bathroom. They provide all the necessary toiletries by calling the reception. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Plus, the location is very convenient, just outside of Merzig, close to various attractions including a restaurant, indoor playground, and swimming pool. The rooms were clean and modern, and the breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection. Despite a few minor issues like a faulty heating system and unfinished grouting in the bathroom, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We loved the friendly staff and convenient location just outside the city. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The parking was right in front of the building, making it easy for us to come and go. The hotel was also near the motorway, which was perfect for our journey to the Adriatic. Nearby, there was a great restaurant/brewery, an indoor playground for the kids, and even a swimming pool. The breakfast was fresh and varied, ensuring a great start to our day.
