I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at this hotel. The room was upgraded to an Executive room without even asking, thanks to my membership status. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, with a large bed and a great view overlooking the town. I loved being in the center of all the shopping and dining options. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of choices. Underground parking was convenient and easy to access.

Very comfortable, clean room. Great tea selection. Good quality toiletries. Delicious breakfast with a variety of cheese and fruits. Helpful staff.

The clean and modern rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing stay, allowing me to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The highlight of my trip, however, was the hotel's restaurant. The Canadian chef prepared the most delicious meals, each one a delightful surprise. The business lunch offered a fast and affordable option, perfect for the busy traveler. The friendly cleaning ladies ensured a peaceful environment, as they worked diligently without causing any disturbance. Although the wifi was not available on my floor, I will definitely recommend First Inn Hotel for leisure travelers who want to experience the best of Zwickau. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return to this hidden gem in the future.

Had a fantastic weekend at this lovely hotel! the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. the location was great, right in the heart of the town, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and we especially loved the big bed and sofa. the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice, and we really appreciated the attentive waiting staff who were happy to help us with our dietary requirements.

the wifi connection wasn't great as we had to log in every time we opened our device. However, these small issues couldn't detract from an otherwise fantastic stay.
