The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and informative. the noise from the highway could be bothersome for light sleepers.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the industrial area of Burlington, which was conveniently located very close to an Outlet Mall. There were numerous restaurants across the road from the hotel, making eating out easy. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The breakfast included package offered great value for money and the breakfast staff were polite and helpful.

I was disappointed to find that in the morning, everything was a mess and there was a lack of communication between the staff, resulting in some inconvenience.

Enjoyed the complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the cozy lobby with a lovely fireplace. the hotel location is perfect, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. the room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the city.

The noise level in the hallway during the evening was noticeable and some guests were unaware of the noise they were making. the bathroom needed some renovations as the shower looked outdated and had some mold in the corners.
