A pleasant surprise at Hotel Am Sophienpark was the free coffee station in the lobby. It was a nice perk to have a convenient and delicious beverage available whenever we wanted. The location of the hotel in the center of town was also very convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff were kind and helpful during our stay, adding to the overall positive experience.

Spent Xmas at a hotel that exceeded expectations! the hot chocolate and cookies offered upon arrival was the perfect welcome. Convenient location in the heart of town, and the room’s balcony had an idyllic view of a peaceful landscape. the complimentary breakfast was truly exceptional, with fresh flowers and a bright atmosphere. Definitely made the holiday comfortable and easy.

The floors were a bit noisy and there was no parking availability. But the worst part was the cleaning staff constantly trying to enter the room early on weekends, and using loud equipment that woke everyone up.
