The hotel is centrally located, spacious rooms, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings.

They even waived the fee for my mistake. The town itself was lovely, with a beautiful park to explore. The hotel provided a helpful guide to the area, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate me. They provided a helpful guide to the area, giving me suggestions for things to do and see. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. the location of the hotel was convenient, allowing easy access to the town and its attractions.

One thing that bothered me was that the pillows in the room were not comfortable. They split into pieces within the pillowcase, making it quite annoying and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had a nice variety of bread and pastries. the location was convenient, close to the city center and to some good shops.

The Christmas decorations in the lobby were too flashy and made it feel like a hospital waiting area. the heating in the room was not working properly during the entire stay, which made us feel very uncomfortable during the chilly season.

Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Allowed late check-out. Good leisure facilities. Grateful for their assistance obtaining a Euro plug adapter. Accommodating of taking breakfast to the room.
