Value for money was excellent, with a beautiful room, comfortable bed, and modern facilities. The location was picturesque and peaceful, with a lovely garden for our pet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The wet-room shower in my room was absolutely marvelous, providing a much-needed rejuvenation after a long journey. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I particularly loved the homely feel and the attention to detail in the decor. The breakfast in the morning was top class, offering a delicious selection of fresh and tasty options. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

We stayed here for Christmas and enjoyed the festive season. the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. the location is great, with easy access to both north and south thanks to the nearby main road. We loved the breakfast, very tasty and well-prepared. the fish and chips are amazing, highly recommended.

The heating didn’t work properly at times, which made the room uncomfortably cold. the shower was a real issue, as we couldn’t regulate the temperature and it went from scalding hot to too cold.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and engaging staff who made me feel safe and welcome. The bar area was cosy and sociable, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The location just off the main road is fantastic, with easy access to Aberdeen and the beautiful north east coast. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and offer lots of privacy. The bar is welcoming and beautiful, perfect for nights out with friends.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options and excellent quality. The evening meals were delicious, offering great choices and daily specials. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel is very dog-friendly, which was a big bonus for us. We would gladly return.

One major downside was the noise from the nearby highway, especially during rush hours. It made it difficult to relax and sleep with the constant traffic noise.

Our stay at The Cock And Bull was fantastic! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The studio we stayed in was beautifully decorated with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was bright and spacious. The location was great for exploring the area and the on-site dining was top-notch. The friendly and engaging staff made our experience even better. We also appreciated the ample parking available. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

One minor drawback was that no table allocation was made for residents for dinner, but they were able to squeeze us in later. Additionally, the access to the first floor flat was quite dark and the stairs were steep.
