We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Alte Post. the rooms were unexpectedly new, indicating recent refurbishment. the bathrooms were spacious, and the hotel's central location made it convenient for shopping and exploring the town. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel offered free parking and wifi, although the latter was insecure. We also appreciated the room's tablet device, which provided useful information about the hotel and surrounding area.

Convenient central location. Enjoyed a delicious Wiener Schnitzel, the size of a hubcap! Reception staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was superb, and the staff were attentive. The restaurant on site was great. A kind lady at reception allowed my friend to borrow a charger. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town. The hotel itself was charming and beautifully preserved, with antique furnishings and lovely woodwork. We especially enjoyed exploring the nearby hörnle ski resort in Bad Kohlgrub. It was a small but lovely ski area, perfect for families wanting to spend some time in the snow. The kids had a blast, and the whole family made great memories on the slopes.

My wife says that it would have been great if there was a designated play area for children in the hotel. For dads, it would be great to have a kids' club or activities to keep the little ones entertained.
