Convenient location near harbor and walking tour. Friendly, responsive staff. Good-sized bathroom, large shower. Excellent information about check-in and parking. Clean and well-spec'd rooms. Quiet. Excellent breakfast at small extra cost.

The hotel had a great location, being within walking distance to the main attractions and the harbor. It was convenient for us to explore the town and go on a cruise around the lake. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful, especially when we needed something heated up. The junior suite we stayed in had a spacious bathroom with a large shower, providing us with a comfortable stay.

The price of the family room was a bit overpriced, but it might have been due to the high season. The bathroom bin was not emptied and there were some leftover items from the previous owners, which could have been taken care of.
