Spacious room for 2 adults and a child with ample storage space for luggage. Despite no late reception, the owner's guidance made check-in easy. Helpful owner who promptly provided requested items. Friendly morning staff. Clean room. Enjoyable stay in a convenient location.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being close to a beautiful lake with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It's also well-connected to the city center, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a family with bags. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to provide essential items like water and a kettle for a child.

It's disappointing that breakfast is not included in the stay.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for getting around. there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

The advertised free wifi was unavailable during my stay, which was a disappointment. the lack of toiletries and stained towels left a negative impression.
