Convenient location near attractions and transportation. Friendly staff with limited English. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice views. Good breakfast selection. Nice onsen facility.

The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants, including one down the town and another one near the station. Our room had a stunning view of the courtyard and was delicately decorated. The staff provided a shuttle service to the hill road, making it easy to reach the hotel. they were very enthusiastic and helpful.

The room had a strong incense scent upon entering, which was off-putting for those sensitive to smells.

Spending New Year at this hotel was a good experience. the room had a nice view of the bay. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was served in a beautiful room with large windows that provided a great view of the town and the bay. the location was convenient, only a short walk to the town center and the tourist attractions.

The room facilities were outdated and needed improvement. the bed was not comfortable and the room was quite dark.
