I absoluteley must mention the stiff pillows requiring me to ask for softer ones—so inconvenient! The furniture noises at night were truly delightful too, I guess. And imagine my shock, no complimentary gesture for such a disrupted stay! You'd think a place like this woudl want to keep guests happy. Just couldn’t give a better review.

Very far from any restaurants or attractions!!! The sound of furniture being moved late at night was disruptive!!! The main elevator was frequently under maintenance, making access inconvenient!!! Stiff pillows required a special request for softer ones!!!

Cleanliness and safety were impressive during my stay.

Unfortunately, my room had stiff pillows that made sleeping uncomfortable, requiring me to ask for softer options. I also experienced noise disturbances from furniture being moved, which was quite disruptive, especially on the higher floors. Additionally, the main elevator was under maintenance several times, making access somewhat inconvenient.

Use the button on the breakfast table for service. otherwise, you might get overlooked. The nearby micro buses are a great and affordable way to reach Kennedy Park.

I stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved the amazing shower with fantastic water pressure—easily the best in Peru! There’s a nice sun terrace and a leisure room perfect for unwinding after a day out. A bit more water pressure in the toilet would’ve been nice, but overall, I can't recommend this place enough! 😊

i absolutely loved my stay at vila santa! the location is awesome, just a quick taxi ride to the vibrant miraflores area. my room was really spacious and comfortable. Having a microwave and mini-fridge was a nice bonus. the staff, especially jonathan and jamie, were super helpful and friendly, making my stay even better! i enjoyed the complimentary bicycles too!

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Shower was a highlight with great water pressure, definitely the best I’ve had in Peru. Only downside was the room's dampness. couldn't dry clothes easily. The bed was two twins pushed together, which made me worry a bit during the night. The breakfast was solid, though, and the staff was super helpful when we needed extra towels and toiletries. Great overall experience aside from those minor issues.

Solid stay with a nice view

I stayed for one night and the location is really great—just a block from Ovalo Higuereta! The room was super clean and had a small fridge and a microwave which was handy. I loved the breakfast. they served good scrambled eggs and fresh fruit! Kinda wish there were more towels in the bathroom, though.

The staff was super chill and went outta their way to help us, like giving us maps and even extra towels when we asked. The breakfast was fully customized for our vegan needs, which was awesome!

We started our days with cocktails on the terrace and enjoyed the generous buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, making our vacation even more enjoyable. Plus, it's a great location to explore nearby tourist spots and try local restaurants.

One downside was that the room we got had two twin mattresses pushed together, which wasn't ideal for comfort during the night. It made for a bit of an awkward sleeping situation when sharing a bed.
