During my recent stay at a beautiful sanctuary in the mountains, I had the pleasure of experiencing the stunning views and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delightful, and I especially enjoyed the local dishes that were offered. The staff were respectful and greeted me warmly throughout my stay. The location was convenient, despite the expected traffic from coming from Jakarta. I also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as the hairdryer and iron. I had a comfortable and enjoyable time at this hotel.

Clean rooms, twice daily cleaning, friendly staff, helpful advice on discounted tickets, good quality amenities with a broken conditioner. Upgraded rooms, assistance with transportation, short drive to Taman Safari. Amazing view and facilities, helpful front office staff, but some unfriendly encounters when asking for an extra key. Guests should not feel blamed.

The hotel offered complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival, and the breakfast spread was impressive. the hotel was also conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easier for us to explore the area. we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

The worst aspect of our stay was the slow check-in process. the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to get our room keys.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! the staff was extremely courteous and professional, making sure that all of my exclusive needs were fulfilled throughout my stay. the outdoor swimming pool was delightful and the spa lounge was incredibly relaxing, complete with a full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated.

While there were numerous pros of this venue, the only minor issue was the lack of amenities in close proximity to the hotel. Although there were restaurants and shops nearby, they were not within walking distance, which made it necessary to have transportation readily available.

Nestled on the mountains, The Botanica Sanctuary offers a serene getaway in the midst of nature. The secret garden surrounding the hotel provides a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. For wildlife enthusiasts, the hotel is conveniently located near Taman Safari. The rooms are clean and well-designed, with cozy beds and functional air conditioning.

The hotel lacks sufficient shade at the swimming pool area, limiting the enjoyment of the beautiful scenery to early morning and late afternoon only.
