We had an amazing romantic getaway at this hotel. the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the railway station and the Christmas market. We were able to explore the city easily without any hassle. Additionally, the spacious room and stunning bathroom were major highlights of our stay.

One downside was that the bed and pillows were too soft for our liking. It would have been more comfortable if they were a bit firmer.
