I recently stayed at Sutton Place Hotel for a birthday getaway with friends and was blown away by the amazing ski access, spacious two-bedroom suites, and convenient underground parking. The condo was well-appointed with everything we needed, and the surprise card and wine in the room, along with a complimentary upgrade, made the experience extra special. The front desk staff, especially Katie, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. I will definitely be recommending this property to friends and making it a yearly tradition!

The best aspects of this hotel were the comfortable beds, spacious room, and great view of the hill. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing reliable directions and recommendations for things to do in and around the area. The location of the hotel in relation to the gondola was perfect, making it easy to access the mountain for skiing or other activities. The kitchenette in the room was also a bonus, allowing us to enjoy meals cooked in our hotel room.

The staff at Sutton Place Hotel went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. The room service food was delicious and came in generous portions, and we were pleasantly surprised by the good value. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The resort fee was waived when there was an issue with the Wi-Fi. The staff even gave us a great dining recommendation that turned out to be perfect for us. The luxurious units were well-equipped, and we especially loved the kitchenette and high-quality bathroom finishes. The pool and Jacuzzi areas were great, and we were treated to a welcome drink by a super friendly waitress. The service overall was impeccable, with staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs, like providing an extra high chair and additional coffee. The location of the hotel, across from the gondola, was also a major plus.

Great location, right on the slopes with easy ski in/ski out access. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen in our unit, it made it easy to cook our own meals.

The cleanliness of the balcony was disappointing upon arrival - we had to clean it ourselves. the daily cleaning service was not consistent and sometimes missed vacuuming the lounge.

We stayed at the Sutton Place Hotel for one night on our drive back to Calgary. The one-bedroom suite exceeded our expectations, with a spacious layout, comfortable beds, and a great view of the hill. The hotel's location at the foot of the ski-field was perfect, and we loved the convenience of the free shuttle to town. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were a nice touch, and the staff at the front desk and concierge were excellent. The well-equipped kitchen in our suite and the variety of options on the restaurant menu were also big positives. a fantastic stay!

The spacious apartment-style room was clean and well-appointed. The upgraded two-bedroom suite provided ample space for our needs. The room service was quick and tasty. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and the stunning views from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. I highly recommend Sutton Place Hotel for their excellent customer care.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and even a den. The beds were cozy and we had a great view of the hill. The amenities were top-notch, including a fitness center, hot tubs, and a lovely pool. The staff was amazing, and we even had a bartender at the hot tub in the evenings. The location was perfect, right in front of the gondola, providing easy access for hikes. This place had everything we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, with easy access to ski in and out from Sutton. The outdoor hot tubs were a true treat after a day on the slopes. We were also impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Ryan, the head concierge, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
