We were so grateful for the dedicated staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to find our misplaced bag with our passports and a significant amount of money. They promptly sent it back to us without any issues. The level of service was exceptional and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. it was a great experience.
