The location of the ryokan is ideal, as it is conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance of various attractions, such as Suwa Taishi Akimiya. The room is comfortable and has a traditional Japanese ryokan-style accommodation. Guests can enjoy the unique experience of sleeping on tatami mats and futon. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the breakfast served at the ryokan is delicious and worth trying.

The centralised air conditioning system can be inconvenient as it is turned off during the night and not switched back on in the morning.

The traditional Japanese-style room was very comfortable and quaint. the staff were friendly and helpful in providing information about the local area. the hot spring bath was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. the location was ideal, within walking distance of historical sites and restaurants.

The room was slightly overpriced compared to other accommodation options in the area. the air conditioning wasn't always on during the night and wasn't turned back on in the morning, causing some discomfort.
