I recently stayed at Hotel Brenner for a leisure trip for three nights. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with parking and even brought our car back when we checked out. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The location was convenient, close to the station and attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the garden. The staff's kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay memorable.

The check-in and check-out times were not flexible, which made things a bit difficult for us as business travelers. the housekeeping staff was also quite unsettling, they were knocking on our door even before the official check-out time, which was very intrusive.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with the added bonus of outdoor seating in a secluded garden. The breakfast offered here is truly exceptional, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

The rooms at the front of the building can be slightly noisy due to street noise, although the double glazing helps to minimize it.

The breakfast spread was outstanding! So many healthy options and classic German breakfast items to choose from. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, happily fulfilling any requests. The room was adorable, with a cozy bay window and a convenient desk for work. The newly renovated bathroom had excellent water pressure in the shower and fluffy towels. Highly recommended for business trips or sightseeing, with the city center just a short 5-minute walk away.
