The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, made us feel right at home. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the terrace and the in-room safe for added security. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service really stood out to us.

We loved staying at this place. It’s very close to everything at Avenida Paulista and within walking distance of the main attractions. There are lots of restaurants nearby, so we had plenty of options for meals. The service here is fantastic, with room service, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry and ironing facilities all available. The amenities in the rooms are great, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace, which had garden furniture and a lovely view. The rooms were soundproofed, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was always friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location near a lot of restaurants. The hotel was just one block from a Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Taxis were also readily available for getting around. One thing I appreciated was that, according to Brazilian law, the restaurant didn't charge any extra fees. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a nice variety of tasty options. The view from the top floor gym was also impressive.

The shower box is a bit small, which may be inconvenient for larger individuals.
