The location of the hotel was great as it allowed us to visit nearby cities during the Christmas holidays. The breakfast had a good selection and was served in a timely manner. The room was also clean and well-furnished, making it a comfortable stay.

We were disappointed with our Christmas dinner experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the food was bland and overcooked. The lack of any alternatives or substitutions made it very restrictive. The hotel's website was also misleading as it didn't accurately reflect the amenities and services offered. we were not satisfied with our stay.
