The hotel's location is excellent, walking distance from the city center and train station. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is exceptional, providing great service and helping with any requests. The hotel's environmental awareness is a big plus.

We had a great experience at Maison Schiller By Designcity Hotels. the staff accommodated our early check-in request, which was a huge help as we didn't want to carry our bags around town. They were very friendly and polite throughout our stay. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered a good variety of quality options. we had a pleasant and convenient stay, thanks to the hotel's location near the Hauptbahnhof train station.

The hotel offered complementary Christmas cookies and hot chocolate which was a nice touch. the location was convenient as it was near a main train station and a popular shopping area. the room was quite spacious and comfortable making it a pleasant stay.

The surrounding area did not feel safe and secure. We were constantly worried about our safety when returning to the hotel after dark, as the streets were deserted and poorly lit.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Old Town and right in the midst of a little red-light district. Despite that, we felt perfectly safe and enjoyed exploring the nearby area of Arabian people. The service was excellent - from room service to housekeeping to the doctor on call. The staff were always friendly and offered tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were outstanding, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the in-room safe and extensive television channels.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance of several restaurants and a supermarket. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the included breakfast was a convenient way to start the day. the bed was soft and comfortable, and despite the room being small, it was still reasonable in size. the glass shower cabin inside the room added a unique and modern touch. it was a fit-for-purpose accommodation for our day in Munich.
