The value for money at Engel was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was great, with easy access to bike trails along the Rhein and a secure bike storage. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with the addition of a small shelf in the shower stall for soap and shampoo, as well as towel hooks in the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Baden-Baden airport and the motorways, making it easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with lovely large bathrooms. The staff are attentive and genuinely concerned about the guests' comfort. The breakfast provided is excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also has adjacent parking for added convenience.

I had a fantastic stay at Engel! the modern room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom that had a bath perfect for a leg amputee. the shower over the bath with a rain shower head was a great addition, and the stool in the bathroom was very helpful. the mini bar had a good selection at reasonable prices, and the staff were fluent in English. the restaurant at the hotel served fantastic food at very reasonable prices. the breakfast was a must-try, with eggs cooked to your liking and a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

I recently had a short stay at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. Lastly, I was lucky enough to get a room with a view of nesting storks in the neighbouring chimneys, which was a unique and delightful experience.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

The location was great for a romantic weekend getaway, with plenty of quaint villages to explore nearby. the room was comfortable and had a nice view of the surrounding countryside.

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or welcoming. We felt like we were imposing on them when we asked for recommendations or help with the amenities.
