The hotel is conveniently located near Zhulyani airport and offers easy access to the city center and the railroad station. The rooms are in great condition and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. The hotel also has beautiful grounds and facilities, including a spa and a supermarket nearby.

The shower pressure in the hotel is a bit low.
