The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It is conveniently situated between the train station and the old town, making it easy to explore both areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms are comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of choices, including smoked salmon and vegetarian options.

The mattresses in the rooms were old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

It was all superb.

The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy. The location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The friendly staff was the best aspect of this hotel, they always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help us with any questions we had.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities and no refrigerator. To make things worse, We were shocked to know that we had to pay extra for a cup of tea or coffee every morning.

I recently stayed at a great hotel called Europa in Bamberg. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the amazing breakfast, available for an additional 12.50 Euro, was definitely worth it. I particularly enjoyed dining on the patio, and the walk to the old town took less than 10 minutes. The convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, was ideal for exploring the area. The hotel also had great bike storage facilities.
