We arrived late and the reception was closed, but they sent us great instructions on how to easily get the key to our room. The room itself was lovely, with a large and comfortable bed. We only had breakfast at this place, but it was superb with a wide selection of continental food. The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is in the western suburbs of Cologne and only a three-minute walk to the tram line that can take you right into the center of the city. The staff here were very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My room felt a bit outdated, with an uncomfortable bed and poor lighting. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor and room was unpleasant.
