Our stay at Macalister Hotel By Phc was fantastic. The room was beautifully designed with modern decor, and it felt spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning provided was refreshingly cold, although a bit loud. The shower had great water pressure and heating. The bed was cozy and perfect for a relaxing staycation. The hotel lobby was impressive with its stylish decorations and provided a nice space to hang out. We were greeted warmly by the front office staff who were very helpful and well-mannered. The cleanliness of the room was generally good, although some improvements could be made. It was a shame that there was no car park, but finding public parking was manageable.

Our city break was amazing and comfortable thanks to this hotel. the room was sparkling clean and beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. the location was perfect, close to local street food and convenience stores. the kitchenette was a great advantage for us, as we could cook our own meals. Plus, the staff were very helpful and friendly, always offering their help.

Although the breakfast set menu was good, the restaurant couldn't handle all the guests during peak hours, resulting in a wait for breakfast of around 30 minutes. It could be improved if they offer buffet breakfast.

Just had a great stay at a beautiful hotel. the room had a modern design and was very spacious, especially the Premier King room which had a sofa. the air conditioning was cold but a bit loud. the shower had excellent water pressure and heating. the bed was comfortable, making it perfect for a staycation. the staff at reception were warm, friendly, and helpful, even going above and beyond to assist with a problem we had with our rental car. the location was great, close to delicious street food and away from the busier areas. a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, close to all the vegetarian restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom had great water pressure and heating. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenient facilities, such as the 24-hour convenience store nearby. it was a wonderful experience.

The only minor downside was the lack of a parking spot, but it was easily manageable with public parking nearby.
