I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views and convenient access to nearby shops and commercial services. The room service was efficient and the housekeeping staff ensured that the room was always clean and tidy. The hotel also provided a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Had a great time spending Christmas at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to all the shops and restaurants. The Thai massage was amazing and highly recommended. The dinner was delicious and served by the friendliest staff. had a great Christmas vacation with some ups and downs. The hotel’s location, Thai massage, and dinner were definitely the best aspects. While the outdated rooms, unfriendly staff, and inconsistent management leave some room for improvement.

The hotel itself was quite outdated with some rooms having furniture from the 70s and 80s. Some staff members were also unfriendly and incompetent which was frustrating. The management also seems inconsistent which may contribute to the overall experience.
