We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, being close to the ski lift and everything else in the area. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service and gave us great recommendations for things to do. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a refreshing pool and a relaxing spa.

There was some noise from neighboring guests that disrupted the peaceful ambience of the hotel.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the value for money is outstanding, with affordable prices for such a fantastic experience. Secondly, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Lastly, the location is perfect - close to everything, including the local ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for outdoor enthusiasts. And let's not forget the breathtaking views of the mountains from the rooms.

We had a great time at this family-friendly hotel. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, close to the ski lifts and with stunning mountain views. I loved the relaxing wellness center after a day skiing and the delicious breakfast selection.

Our standard room was on the small side and the walls were quite thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the gym was outdated, but still functional.

The pool and sauna at Hotel Serena could have longer opening hours, but the location and views of the Dolomites were fantastic. The hotel also offers private transportation, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The spa area was relaxing, although some more information on how to use the facilities would have been appreciated. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel for families looking for a great skiing vacation.
