I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better - right in the city centre, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The staff here were outstanding, especially Jan-Phillip, who went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and really set me up for the day ahead.

I highly recommend this place to all my friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location, service, and overall experience were top-notch.

I had a fantastic experience backpacking in this charming town. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect - it was very close to the train station and the bus stop to go to the castle. I also loved that the hotel was situated right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The pub in the cellar, Der Zwinger, was a hidden gem and a great place to unwind. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. my time at the hotel was excellent and enhanced my backpacking experience.

The parking at the hotel was limited, which was a minor inconvenience.

Our room at Kaiserhof was much larger than expected, with a comfortable bed and tasteful decor. The hotel's location near the railway station was very convenient for exploring Eisenach. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend Kaiserhof!

Incredible location just steps away from the city center and train station. the breakfast was delicious! A perfect start to the day with a variety of flavors and options. the bar was excellent, and it was great to have a drink and chat with the friendly staff. the room was clean and well-maintained.

The windows were not very soundproof, which can be a bit of a problem for those who are light sleepers. the parking was a bit of a struggle, but the staff was more than accommodating and helped us find a solution.
