The views from our room at the Surrey were breathtaking, and the tidy, clean rooms were a delight. It was great to have both our rooms situated next to each other, making it convenient for our family stay. The elevator only goes up to the first floor, so guests staying on the second floor had to carry their luggage up a flight of stairs.

The hotel is conveniently located near Western Springs event and within walking distance to nearby pubs and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with super comfy beds and charming decor. The staff at the reception desk are efficient and friendly, providing outstanding service. The restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty and generously sized meals. the hotel provides a great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

Some parts of the hotel, particularly the dated facilities, could use some updating.
