Just had a fantastic stay at Kastanienhof in Berlin. the location is amazing, situated in a charming and calm neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby, easily accessible by metro. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel like a member of their family. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, exceeding expectations. this hotel is excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again, both for its comfort and convenient location.

The staff at Kastanienhof really went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. When we arrived late at night, they had prepared a complimentary bottle of water for us in our clean and quiet room. The breakfast in the morning was a treat, with fresh and plentiful options. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was well connected to the city center, with a tram right outside the front door. I highly recommend Kastanienhof for its outstanding service and convenient location.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's close to the center and away from the tourist areas, making it the perfect choice for a more authentic experience. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, just a short walk from popular streets. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. Plus, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including freshly baked pastries and a great selection of coffee.

There were some issues with the wifi during our stay.

Had a great time in a hotel that ticked all the boxes. our room was so comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the location was perfect, in a lovely area with lots of restaurants and cafes to explore. We were also just a short walk from public transport, which made getting around the city a breeze. One thing we particularly appreciated was the fantastic breakfast selection - such a great way to start each day!

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few minor issues that detracted from the experience. One problem was that our room faced the bustling street, which meant that noise from trams and traffic could be quite loud at times.
