The staff, especially Janis, was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and airport transfers. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both hot and cold options including local specialties. The bar area was inviting and the hotel overall was surrounded by good restaurants and bars.

The staff offered the best customer service I have ever received from any hotel anywhere. The amenities in the room such as an iron, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities were great.

The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a variety of options. Moreover, some rooms had soundproof windows, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

There was some noise from the nearby streets that could be heard in the room.
