Value for money was excellent, with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and beautiful river. The hosts were fantastic, always smiling and attentive, providing exceptional service that is rare to find nowadays.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of products available, including options for cappuccino or espresso.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Mannheim and had a wonderful experience. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The historical charm of the hotel added a special touch to my stay. The owner, a kind and attentive gentleman, made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my visit. The gated garage was a unique feature and provided secure parking for my car. I also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to the Nationaltheater and the city center. I had a fabulous time at this family-run hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
