The breakfast room had a nice view and the bedroom had a high ceiling. The hotel was located in a good neighborhood with several restaurants nearby. The location was convenient for walking along the river and public transportation into the city was good.

The parking was tricky and the underground entrance was too adventurous. It was also difficult to find a parking space near the hotel.

Great location! This hotel is quite close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring all that Hamburg has to offer. It's also in a peaceful area near the Alster lake, offering a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. Plus, the hotel is very close to a u-bahn station, making it easy to get around.

My new year at this hotel was a memorable one. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was clean, great for relaxing after long days exploring the city. the hotel's location was key, with easy access to public transportation and a quiet atmosphere. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel provided clear information about the reception hours and how to check-in after-hours. This was helpful since I arrived late at night.

The breakfast experience was not ideal. While the food was okay, the service was lacking.
