this hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in cologne. the location next to the train station and the cathedral was ideal for strolling around. the attached restaurant was fantastic!

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit several different Christmas markets. We were also just a short walk away from the cathedral and the beautiful River. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with modern and clean bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and was of high quality.

We did notice a slight odor coming from the drain in the shower, which lingered even after the room had been cleaned.

The location of the hotel, just a block away from the Cathedral, is unbeatable. We had amazing views of the Cathedral from the cafe. The room was quiet and comfortable, facing a nice rock garden. The bed with fluffy comforters was extremely comfortable. We loved the free WiFi and the addition of a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The hotel staff was helpful in calling for taxis, which arrived within minutes. The breakfast selection was amazing and the room service responded to our requests in just 45 seconds. the staff was friendly and the service was top-notch.

The housekeepers on our floor were also professional and always greeted us with a smile. The room size was perfect for our short break, and we especially enjoyed the view of the top of the cathedral. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Christmas Markets, shopping district, museums, train station, and a great selection of bars and restaurants. We also loved the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and a snack bar for quick bites. The staff even replenished the food available, ensuring a fresh and tasty experience.
