What a lekker spot! The views of the river were a total feast for the eyes, and we loved opening the screened windows to feel that cool breeze while listening to the water. The brekkie was a big highlight too, well-priced and enjoyable.

My stay at Hotel Nepomuk was delightful. The location on a charming man-made island was perfect for exploring Bamberg. I enjoyed spacious accommodations with a stunning river view and appreciated the attentive staff, who provided exceptional service during my meals both inside and outside on the terrace.

Parking was somewhat inconvenient.

Staying on the tiny man-made island was delightful! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a real treat, beautifully presented, and offered a German-style variety. The river view from our room made for a peaceful ambiance at night, lulling us to sleep.

However, the lack of air conditioning made our stay a bit uncomfortable at times, especially on warmer nights. It’s also worth mentioning that parking can be tricky, as it's a few blocks away.

Exploring Bamberg on foot was a breeze from our scenic spot by the river. Enjoyed tasty bites at the local brewery nearby and loved walking with our dog through the picturesque streets. Perfect place for a family getaway!

The hotel boasts a clean and modern interior, with spacious rooms that provide lovely views of the river and nearby town. The attached restaurant offers excellent breakfast options. sitting there overlooking the river is a real treat.

Noise can be a major issue, especially in river view rooms due to the nearby weir. it gets loud when the windows are open. Additionally, the beds in the Standard Twin Rooms are just two singles pushed together, making it awkward for couples. Lastly, the lack of air conditioning can be uncomfortable during warmer months, and breakfast costs can feel a bit steep for what’s offered.

the hotel offers excellent service with friendly staff. rooms are well-appointed, and breakfast is freshly made to order with homemade breads. the location is superb by the river, providing picturesque views and the soothing sound of water. highly recommend eating at the café!
