The food selection lacked the vibrant flavors typically found in Kerala, which was disappointing given the region's reputation for exquisite cuisine.

I absolutely loved my stay at Mystica! The rooms were spotless and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Plus, the hotel taxi service was top-notch!

Additionally, the service at check-in was frustrating. I was not allowed to check in early even after a long international flight and had to pay extra charges. Albeit the staff eventually addressed my concerns, it was an uncomfortable start to my visit and marred my overall experience.

There’s a lot of noise from the airport, and the pool area is poorly maintained with broken tiles!!! The bar service is painfully slow, and the beach nearby is dirty and not suitable for swimming!!! The air conditioning was loud and ineffective, needing attention!!!

I had the most wonderful stay at the Mystica Hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The stunning outdoor swimming pool was such a treat, perfect for unwinding in the sunshine!

my stay at uday suites, the airport was quite pleasant. the room was spacious, and that comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. i loved relaxing on the balcony surrounded by beautiful creepers. the staff were super welcoming, and the food options were delicious—especially the ayurvedic treatments at the facility, which truly enhanced my stay.

I had a memorable stay at this hotel. The spacious shower and comfy bed were highlights for me, and I loved the breakfast at the restaurant. The food was fresh and offered a lot of variety. I also enjoyed a massage at the Ayurvedic center that left me feeling revitalized. Even though early check-in had its challenges, the staff addressed my concerns. I appreciate attentive service as a frequent traveler.
