The bartender at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful when I asked for a drink. He even turned on the TV for me to watch a football match, creating a great atmosphere. The rest of the staff was also very kind and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. I had a positive experience at Plaza.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location of this place is ideal, just a short distance from the main pedestrian area and it's right across from a fascinating museum dedicated to a German sculptor. The hotel offers excellent services including dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, and a bell staff who were always ready to assist. The room amenities were top-notch with features like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also had leisure facilities such as a sauna, jacuzzi, and a health club where I could unwind after a long day. The spa lounge was also a great place to relax. the service and amenities provided here exceeded my expectations.
