The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful town, perfect for strolling after a long day. The clean and comfortable rooms offer spaciousness and a high standard bathroom. The service is excellent, with accommodating staff from reception to cleaning. The breakfast was the best of the trip with yummy eggs. there are nice hiking and biking trails nearby.

The WiFi in Room 20 was weak and unreliable.

Spacious, mountain-style architecture with multiple levels and passages. Clean, comfortable rooms with crisp linens and a balcony for sunset views. Excellent restaurant with a well-priced menu and impressive wine selection. Convenient location near the charming town of Gengenbach. Good parking options available.

This hotel in the Black Forest area offers great value for money. The rooms have good facilities and attention to detail is evident in the modern and clean decor. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay.

The WiFi connection in some parts of the hotel could be improved. However, this minor drawback can easily be resolved with the installation of WiFi boosters.

Luxury and comfort were at their finest in this charming establishment. the food was amazing, the rooms spacious and clean. the location was also a plus, as it was situated in a lovely village, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the inclusion of a free breakfast and travel card were a great added value.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the room, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. We were still able to connect in the lobby area.
