This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and easily accessible, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all facilities provided, including tea and coffee. The convenient location on a bus route, above a pub, makes exploring the city a breeze.

No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

The value for money was great and the room was clean and modern. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The staff at Captain Cook were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The only breakfast option could be improved to offer a wider variety of choices.

The room was spacious, well-furnished, and located on the second floor. The private bathroom was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. The location provided easy access to Central London.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything maintained to a high standard. I also loved the food, which was absolutely amazing. the selection and quality exceeded my expectations.

The wi-fi was a bit inconvenient as I had to keep the TV on to use it, but it was a minor issue that could easily be fixed. Another downside was the location, which was not as convenient as I had hoped.

Captain Cook was an impressive hotel with friendly staff and stylish, clean facilities. They were accommodating to our requests and provided excellent service. the room, although small, was comfortable and the decor was elegant. the manager even arranged a late check-in for us. Bravo to all! 👏

Great location near the Albert Hall and museums, with good bus transit links. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Excellent customer service and delicious food in the pub below. Free parking available on side streets. Quiet area and convenience store nearby. Multi-USB charging port provided.

Felt totally at home, no complaints.
