Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this charming 4-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, despite the language barrier. The hotel's central location was a major plus, with easy access to supermarkets and other restaurants.

There were a couple of downsides to our Christmas stay. The hotel parking lot was completely full, forcing us to find parking on the road nearby.

the room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a nice patio outside. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and spoke perfect English. the free minibar in the room was a great touch, and the breakfast provided was absolutely fantastic. I particularly loved the delicious honey and dried pineapple. the hotel is centrally located, with a supermarket and other restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend Hotel & Restaurant Schonau for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
