The breakfast was good. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located in a central area which was easy to reach by public transportation.

The room was small and there was no air conditioning during the new year. It was really hot during the night which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

During my stay at Hotel-Restaurant Schwanen, I was impressed with the spacious and comfortable room I was given. The decor was fresh and the floors were sanded wood, making it a pleasant place to walk around barefoot. The bed was cozy and the lighting in the room and bathroom was excellent. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the availability of a kettle and cups to make my own coffee. The bathroom had a large shower with a choice of shower heads, and the hot water supply was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was also top-notch.

This hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, just in front of the old XVI century church. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, and a comfortable sitting area. I loved the terrace, where I could enjoy the lovely view of the city. The room amenities, including free toiletries and an am/fm alarm clock, were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to my stay. The dining experience was excellent, with a restaurant serving delicious meals and a bar/lounge area with a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
