We experienced a faulty AC unit in our room, leading to a late-night room change to an Executive room. Despite the inconvenience, the staff showed efficiency in resolving the issue promptly. the location and price were definite highlights. Overall I'll suggest this hotel.

Central location surrounded by vibrant dining and entertainment options. Spacious family apartment, impeccably clean with daily housekeeping. Serene pool area, ample loungers available. Attentive and courteous staff, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathtubs with constant hot water.

The location is the best. Nothing can beat the location compared to the price. Shishi & the Iron Fairies are just a 2-minute walk away. Thumbs up to the staff, especially Desi. the pool looks clean and well-maintained. the amazing pool area, sun terrace, and sun loungers at the hotel added to the relaxation. Nearby landmarks like Cocoon Beach Club and Petitenget Temple provided great family bonding opportunities.

we stayed at Taman Ayu and had a fantastic experience. the pool was refreshing, plenty of loungers, and a short walk to the beach, flea market, and great restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was always clean, and the AC worked well. Good value for money with beautiful gardens and a quiet location.

I had never been so disappointed in all my travels. the AC nightmare and the room swap drama left me seeing double - and not just from exhaustion. It was like an episode of a bad sitcom where I was the unlucky star. Even the tiniest fish in the sea could sense my frustration. And the tap water fiasco? Let's just say bottled water and I became intimate acquaintances. But hey, at least the nightclub next door was a riot!

the place is always clean, and the location is top-notch - nestled in a lovely peaceful garden. it's so close to cool spots like shishi & the iron fairies. they offer daily room service - which is a nice touch.

Felt unwelcome at first, but improved with new staff.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of many popular attractions and had a nice pool area. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room had a comfortable bed and a minibar.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was dampened by some significant issues. the bathroom was dirty and the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar.
