Hotel-Restaurant Wiendl is a basic hotel with a great location, just a short walk from the train station. My room, although cheap and with a shared toilet, was equipped with a shower and wash basin, making it convenient. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel also has a restaurant on-site, which was a nice bonus. Although it closes early on Sundays, the meals were good and the wine selection was impressive. Hotel-Restaurant Wiendl provided decent value for money, especially considering the limited affordable options in Regensburg. the breakfast, available for an additional charge of €6.50, was reasonably priced and offered a good selection of food.

Had a wonderful Xmas at this hotel. Two things I loved were the delicious breakfast every morning and the easy parking for my car. the hotel was located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the local area. One of the best aspects was the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

The towels provided in my room were quite thin and I could hear noises from the surroundings too often. the biggest issue was that there was no free internet, which made it difficult to stay connected with my loved ones during the holiday season.
