During my recent stay at Raoum Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly atmosphere. The staff members were accommodating and always ready to assist. The hotel offers a sauna, steam bath, and a pool, which added to the overall relaxation experience. I particularly want to mention Ahmad, the reception guy, who was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. I appreciate his exceptional service.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at a hotel close to key attractions. Loved the spacious rooms, and the outdoor pool was a bonus. Free parking spots had shaded areas, which was very convenient for us. the staff was accommodating and allowed a late check-out, which was a relief.

Some aspects could have been improved, such as the limited toiletries and towels, which we had to keep asking for. the breakfast was not up to the mark, and the cleanliness was not that great either.
