I had the best experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I even received a fresh coffee for the road when I checked out. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything fresh and organized. The hotel facilities were great, especially the shared kitchen that I was able to use. The fact that there were three supermarkets nearby was a huge bonus. The location in the Hamburg suburbs was perfect for me, as it was nice and quiet and only a short 10-minute drive from the airport.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a late check-in and were worried about finding the key, but Hotel Richter made it easy with a code box and sent us the code beforehand. The room was very nice and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the tasty breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

this was our second stay in hamburg and this time we chose a different hotel. richter was beyond our expectations - neat & comfortable family room, friendly staff, easy access from airport, free parking, and a simple yet tasty breakfast. it will definitely be our go-to place in the neighborhood.

The staff at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and kind. The economy rooms had 2 single beds, perfect for sharing the bill. The bathrooms and showers were clean and shower gel was provided. Good parking space available. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Heating in the rooms was good. The hotel had a convenient location near a supermarket and public transport options. good value for money.

The parking was free and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the shared kitchen, which had everything we needed to make a quick breakfast before heading out.

The shared bathroom was a bit of a disappointment, as we were looking forward to a romantic escape and having to share facilities with other guests was not ideal. the walls were paper thin, making it difficult to sleep through noise from outside.
