our stopover at this hotel was fantastic. The cleanliness, room size, and peaceful atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The hotel management was friendly and accommodating, providing a baby cot for our convenience. The nearby cheap eating place and city tour stop made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is perfect, being close to the center and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, and the nightlife. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and extra blankets if needed. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests also appreciate the complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Some guests have mentioned that there can be noise from other guests during the night, which may disturb sleep.

the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment from a studio. the room was spacious and had everything I needed for self-catering, including a kitchen, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer. the hotel even provided a complimentary large bottle of cold water in the room. the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds, and the location was convenient, with everything within walking distance.

One minor issue was that the room had a dated decoration with broken floor tiles, giving it a somewhat outdated feel. There was also a funny smell in the room, and the bathroom had a hospital-like atmosphere.

Lovely apartment, 10 mins walk from popular area. Clean, well-equipped room with air con and free wifi. Beautiful pool with ample sun loungers. Helpful and welcoming reception. Would return in the future for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was just a short walk to the strip and the beautiful beach. The staff, especially Flavia, were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the apartments had everything I needed. I was impressed by the large pool and the pool bar, which added to the luxurious atmosphere.

Our group of ten stayed at Ourabay Hotel Apartamento for a stag doo and had a great time. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, the bar prices were reasonable, and there were snacks available all day. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The free Wi-Fi was a big plus, and we found supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel for groups.

Wow! What a fantastic hotel for the price! My friends and I stayed here for a city break, and we absolutely loved it. the pool area was fantastic, with loads of sun loungers, and we always managed to get a spot. One of the best things about it was the great location, it was close to everything! We could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants, and we even managed to walk to the beach. the staff were also super friendly and always happy to help.

Although we had a great time, there were a few things we didn't love. our room wasn't very well cleaned and we didn't always have enough towels.
