Personalized Service and Attention to Detail

During our recent stay at the hotel in Allersberg, we were pleasantly surprised by the personalized service and attention to detail provided by the staff. One particular incident stands out in our minds. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and offered a refreshing welcome drink, which was a nice touch after a long journey. The staff member who checked us in took the time to ask about our preferences and provided us with a personalized map highlighting nearby attractions and restaurants.

The breakfast was decent and enjoyable. the location was great for sightseeing and getting around the city easily. the staff were friendly and attentive during check-in and check-out. Plus, the room was available upon our early arrival, which was helpful.

The room was a complete disappointment. the bed was uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and very thin, and the street noise was intolerable.

The breakfast offers a variety of options including coffee, tea, bread, yoghurt, and muesli.

The room had a slight damp smell, which required us to keep the window open while sleeping.

The key location of the hotel, being close to the motorway, made it easy to travel to nearby cities and attractions. Another advantage I enjoyed was the buffet breakfast, which provided a variety of options to start the day on a delicious note.

The connection was often weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected and get work done. the limited choices for dinner, specifically only having two Italian restaurants available, left me wanting more diversity in culinary options.
