Great hospitality from staff who went out of their way to help me during my business trip. the hotel's location is conveniently located close to the city center and within walking distance of key attractions. the complimentary breakfast provided a good range of options to start the day.

The hotel rooms were a bit outdated. the lack of onsite parking made it difficult to find a spot nearby, requiring me to spend extra time driving around looking for a spot.

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the casino and the "Rick Steves walking tour". There is underground parking nearby. The neighborhood has plenty of nice restaurants. Perfect choice for the Festspielehaus. Old-style hotel with charm.

our stay at the hotel was fantastic. the room was comfortable and the location was perfect for the Festspielhaus concert hall. the breakfast had a great selection and the staff was friendly and helpful. it exceeded our expectations and was a great choice for our stay in Baden-Baden.
